I didn't rank mine on risk

Unfortunately, I almost never read the directions. I was probably ranking on risk/reward with a little gut feel thrown in.

I suppose you could say Willingham was the lowest risk hire out there. Everyone knew he would fail, and he delivered on expectations 100%.
