Mine
On a scale of 1 to 5, with "1" being a total flier, or highest risk, and "5" being as safe as you can get in today's coaching carousel.
Try to grade them in terms of the hire at the time, leaving aside the benefits of hindsight.
Don't think too much about it -- just go with your gut, 1 to 5.
EDIT: when you're done, group them by 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s so it's easy to read.
