it's not popping up out of the blue. There's plenty of background "noise" to go with it.

She likes his politics. She seems very credible when she appeared on TV.

What does she have to gain?

It reminds me of Dr. Ford who came out against Kavanaugh. Not only was she utterly believable but I thought "what would her play be?" She obviously didn't want to be a public figure.

Trump would have just found another candidate. In fact, it might've been ACB.
