I think the Big Ten knows with their conference so big they have a ton of weeks with real crappy match ups. If they added 1-2 home games a year against ND that they can package to NBC, that certainly helps their package. I could see ND adding a 32-3 game scheduling arrangement helps their TV package enough (PEtiti is a TV guy) that is attractive enough to overcome the football coaches not wanting it.
