It matters in a way

Yoga balances things out, both literally and figuratively.
But it won’t matter at all for weight loss, and not much for muscle tone unless you do it a whole lot.
So it depends on what you want.
More than anything it’s a stretching session.
Its benefits are many imo but subtle.
I find it particularly good for stress and simply getting myself recentered.
