I thought Brasil was just out of sync with this World Cup.

Neymar Jr is past his prime and has been suffering through injuries. He’s not near top form. Brasil’s younger players arent quite to the level where they can dominate and take over matches at this level … yet.

Brasil just seemed out of sync, timing-wise, for this WC.

Im not sure there are many or any managers that really could have put more than lipstick on this pig.

FWIW, Norway’s been playing well for a number of matches. They would surprise no one if they ended up making it to the Final 4. They are legit and Haaland’s 2 goals were literally text book for what you would teach a young goal scorer. Its really tough for a GK to stop shots (including headers) that are low and away. Im not sure Haaland (or anyone) could have hit those balls better than he did.
