assuming that the buyout payments will continue through the end of Weis' 2005 contract (which is what? 2015?).

Are we sure that's accurate? Given that he got a big lump sum payment when he was first fired, it's probable that the the buyout payments won't last that much longer.

It's not even clear to me that he's going to get one for 2012 (although he probably will).
