Sounds like Kelly is also leaving OSU. Maybe the OSU environment isn't a place guys want to be long term, especially since they can leave with the ring.
3 years is pretty long for a coordinator
If he really wants to leave OSU, ND is the best football spot of OU and PSU.
As you and Mike suggest, this is most likely this is a "University of Leverage" situation.
