But in Spring 2002, I attended the Men's Big East Tournament with the band. Team did great and we got a couple days because of the bye. Did a couple great things on that trip (I believe HulliesAndMike was involved, too):

* Went to a recording of Conan
* Ellis Island (couldn't go in the Statue of Liberty at the time)
* Ate at the real Soup Nazi
* Ate a meal in Little Italy
* Saw a concert at a jazz club
* We also saw the wreckage of the WTC. To stand there and see the gaping holes where two giant skyscrapers once stood was overwhelming.
* Barked like a dog at some UConn fan.

In short, everybody ought to have a New York adventure once in their life.
