Fair enough --
my position isn't that nobody should like cricket it's just that I'm not in a position to learn enough about it to enjoy it. My son gets it. He actually covered cricket games (matches?) for the Omaha World-Herald because there are enough people (mainly of Indian descent) who grew up playing it to play it competitively around here.
I don't follow baseball any more. I only get interested in college baseball if ND is playing though I will go to CWS games for the atmosphere.
I guess I'm coming off as raining on the parade of others, which I don't mean to do but that's obviously the way I'm projecting it, so sorry about that.
I'll definitely watch the match with Belgium and at least I understand the offsides rule better even if I think it could be improved.
