I would love to see Charlie in the booth and Brown running things down on the field while Tenuta calls the defensive shots, but unfortunately, where does that leave Brown?

He's in a sort-of coaching no-man's land right now. Tenuta is the DC, Weis is the OC AND the HC and that leaves Corwin as DB coach and kick-ass recruiter.

What I would love to see is a chain of command chart. Can Corwin overrule a decision from Tenuta? Can Corwin overrule a decision from Weis regarding the defense if Weis is in the booth?

In a perfect world I'd love to see Weis in the booth, Tenuta calling the shots for the D and Corwin managing the players on the field with veto power over Tenuta on D. Would that make Weis only the OC and make Brown HC? I dunno. I don't think I'd want that either. I think we're in a pickle here, and unfortunately I think it's going to cost us Brown at the end of the year if not sooner. I hope I'm wrong.
