Between the whole conference/division champ requirement and trying to ensure the poor little bowls are still in play, everything has just stopped making sense.
It could really be so easy: 1-4 in BCS go, home field advantage for 1 and 2, fill all bowls after.
It's like they want this to be as ridiculous as possible.
