for Nate Montana with his transferring.

The process of ordering all those transcripts alone would have me thinking twice.

I'm wondering when Nate will ask himself

"Is football really this important?"

I understand that he may love the sport and think he's good at it, but he has essentially turned down a ND education for a dead-end football career.

I remember I considered taking a shot at D-2 and D-3 athletic programs to continue my baseball career back in the day, but once I visited ND post-acceptance, there was no way in hell that was happening.

I just don't get it.

Brian Kelly knew what he was talking about when he told lil' Montana he couldn't be a quarterback. Too bad Joe didn't agree.
