As I said, O is one of the better position coaches in the business. So LSU's gain in this situation is by extension Miami's loss, apparently.
Whenever Hetherman moves on from Miami -- I'm guessing he'll be on to bigger & better after the upcoming season -- Cristobal goes back on the clock again. The Hurricanes' success last year would have been impossible without his transformation of what had been an objectively shitty defense in 2024.
