Re: tailgating
it has been assumed, based on FIFA policies, that tailgating would be banned and people would need to purchase tickets to a fan experience. However, the city of Boston has clarified that tailgating will be allowed. I'm not sure about other cities. It sounds like they would be limited or banned.
