If you don't have a clear next show, finish season 1

While I agree with the the below posts that the series meanders at times, it's best episodes are some of the best TV out there. I'd argue that they want the show to mirror a fine restaurant - chaotic in certain places but the final presentation is layered and superb.

I truly enjoyed the whole arc of season 1 once I finished it, so much so that I watched it again to catch moments that made more sense. I think the creators had a good plan for that season.
