When the kids on campus who are most conservative are finding an issue, the statement reads extremely lukewarm.

I'm assuming the BoT told Fr Bob "do not get us in the sights", but maybe time for Fr Bob to say "my boss is in Rome"? But, I guess he's not a Jesuit...
