biggest contribution was probably reducing Powlus’s importance in the back office football work
he was probably important early in Freeman’s tenure to getting stuff he wanted, but Freeman has way more clout now and Pete B seems laser focused on bringing the funds to make it happen
there’s probably better personnel directors out there at that salary range
