To recreate it, write a subject line, write your post, then click the Preview button at the bottom. When the preview opens, your subject line is gone, so you have to type it again when you want to submit.

We made a change so that the subject line would be blank if you were replying to a post. So if you use the "preview", then "post reply", the subject line should be blank.

Is this what you're referring to?

it drops your subject line such that you have to type it again before you submit.
