He'd fit right in with their program and numerous arrests during Meyer's time. The whole "gee, Urban is a great guy" attitude by the media is disconcerting. They did the same thing with Carroll. I guarantee you they'll get off Kiffin's back if he wins big. Between the stories about coaches salivating over recruits like Henderson, the stupid ass hat thing recruits do, the obvious cheating by Carroll and Kiffin, the bullshit spewed by Meyer that led to the number one recruiting class, I'm getting really tired of college football and wonder if ND can really ever compete in this cesspool. I realize that there was cheating (and it was more pervasive) in the 70s and 80s, but I think the culture has changed dramatically since then, especially attitudes toward education. Or maybe I'm just a curmudgeon who needs a drink. I know...embrace the AND.
