It depends
If you've seen a lot of practices, it's nothing much different.
But if you want to get your own perspective on how each player is progressing, and get an up close look at the team as a whole, it's probably worth it.
Most of us who attend think the "chalk talk" is the best part of the clinic. You can ask questions relating to your own team's scheme or personnel, and it's very interesting to get the ND coaches' opinions. Of course, this is also when you get extra tidbits about the Irish, and observe each coach's personality.
I am thinking about going
just to be able to go to the scrimmages/practices.
Is it worth it if for no other reason to go to that? Unfortunately, I probably wouldn't have time to do the rest of the activities.

I think it'll be really interesting this year. I'd like to sit in on Corwin's stuff, and see if I can figure out where he stands with the new pecking order.
Unfortunately it's just not in the cards this year.
