Red zone efficiency-- When a team gets into the redzone, how often do they get touchdowns?

The 2005 and 2006 teams scored TDs 84% of the time they entered the end zone.

2008? Just a paltry 52%.

The 2005 team averaged 5.2 points for every RZ trip. The 2006 team improved upon that and averaged 5.7 points.

The 2008 squad managed just 4.2 points for every trip.

I couldn't believe it at first, but the '07 offense was actually more efficient in the red zone.

59% to 52% - touchdowns scored
4.6 to 4.2 - points per red zone trip
