the story-telling that tries to connect them to Curley Lambeau and the Packers falls quite a bit short, but I'm not a Pack fan, so whatever. It's honestly probably better than the more direct approach, e.g. pinstripes for New York.

It's funny that the 2021 Chicago uniforms were definitely meant for the canceled 2020 game (the striping matches the Packers uncannily).
