Another rules question...
What triggers VAR? Is it a challenge system like in the NFL? Is it ongoing booth review?
As far as I can tell (and I fully admit I could be missing something), it appears to be based on the vigor of the on-field lobbying. If that's true, then that sucks. There should be some manner of structure around it.
