Doesn't he need a viable GOP for protection?

Doesn't he need a GOP of sufficient voting strength to stop Congress from enacting

-taking his name off everything-
-clawing back all the money he stole, like the bribes from UAE and the memecoin bribes
-clawing back all the shady deals he reached with foreign governments like the jet
-clawing back all the money his family stole in corrput deals, like Kusherner's deal with Saudi Arabia
-pursuing him for all the insider trading and pump and dumping of stocks
-pursuing him and his family criminally for the all above, as either non official acts or under state law or whatever
-edit: impeachment 27 and 28.

He's (justifiably) terrified of prison. A house majority, or even 40+ GOP Senators could probably make that a reality. A crippled GOP really can't keep him out of prison after he leaves.
