I saw a story on Mike Leach --
he had a kicker who missed two extra points and in some student contest during the game a student (who kicked in HS) came out and drilled a 30 yarder. Leach said "get him some pads and a helmet." He wound up kicking extra points and short FGs and made almost all of them.
