I found this NK social engineering hack more disturbing
They talked a crypto tech exec in to a zoom mtg. During the mtg they convinced him to install an update that was actually a “clickfix” attack and he ended up installing a bunch of bad stuff and he gave up access to some significant stuff.
This comes across like a pretty sophisticated attack imo w a team of hackers going full bore against a single company/ exec.
The lesson … dont get on zoom mtgs with fake companies? That set up a completely fake meeting environment?
