My Time In the West Bank Pt. 1
I mentioned in a post (I think) last week that I spent time in the West Bank in February. It was my second time there (the first was back in 2018). I vlogged every night or the following morning so that I wouldn't forget what I saw before absorbing something els, with plans of creating a multimedia video series (talking head vlog + photos + video + animation). A few of you asked me to share the episodes here, so here's episode one, which will be shorter than the rest since it just focuses on the day I arrived, but I still had a good time meeting random people in the Old City.
While there I visited other parts of Jerusalem (including Lifta, which was devastating), Jericho, Bethlehem, Hebron, Ramallah, Nablus, the Christian town of Taybeh (where I pretty much got adopted by a Palestinian grandma), Tulkarem, Farkha, three refugee camps, and a few smaller villages including Masafer Yatta (infamous for Palestinians having to live in caves because settlers set their houses on fire) and a couple Bedouin villages.
