"sticks to you"
Is how I keep describing it. Almost as a warning.
Wonderful film.

Novella is worth a quick read, too.

OT Movies/Netflix: "Train Dreams"
Watched this about a week ago and it stuck with me. A "simple" story with great cinematography and a number of standout performances. Certainly comes of as a bit of a pastiche of Terrence Malick, but executed in a way that feels more accessible than those works. I think most striking to me was the way in which Bentley/Kwedar's absurdly efficient use of screen time to create impactful, three-dimensional supporting characters.
