They have road games at Ohio State, Cal, Oregon, ASU and ND. The OSU game is September 12, so they might be particularly ripe for a loss -- perhaps even Carroll's worst-ever loss at USC (ND holds the current record, 27-16). They do have a bye week right before they come to ND, but then again so do we. If ND can't be competitive against USC this year, we never will be again under Weis.
