to your question: it's an NFL style defense. If you approach the teaching (and learning) with professionalism it is learnable and clearly we have a great setup for that.

Watts seems to really have mastery inside-and-out. Always in the right spot and I imagine most of the lack of busts can be attributed to him. In most cases a defensive call will come in and there will be a lot that can change contingent on new information: formations, motions, substitutions, etc. You need someone out there who knows the answers and everyone trusts.

It's hard to overstate how good Watts has been. In my mind easily the MVP of the Freeman era so far
