I bet Sark was not enamored/scared of his style.
The arm-embracing, buddy-buddy, lets all sing Kumbaya together coaching style that Carroll infuses into his staffs.
Hart doesn't fit that mold and I am willing to bet that is why he was not retained after such a stellar coaching job for 4(?) different HCs.
