I have to be a wee bit careful since this is a public board. I'll say that this will be a huge battle to get him to ND. There are influences to the state school which were not in place with prior recruits. There are people not at CDH anymore who were voices of support for us in the past.

We aren't out of it by any means but this battle will be very hard...our new OL coach will have to get himself established very quickly, but he has walked the halls at CDH in the past from his time with Iowa.

Right now I'd say we are at best tied in second place. However, there is a lot of time to make up any deficiencies. And how we look on the field and the degree of buzz surrounding the program will impact. Pretty much anything you hear about what school is where is b.s. He hasn't decided and won't for a while. We have a chance.

This isn't like the other recruitments from CDH. The pipeline is still open but the flow is diminished in this case for reasons beyond our control.
