Specifically, the play of Samardjiza. I didn't really follow the 04 season, so I assumed he almost never played. However, he was clearly our #2 receiver. Everything I heard about the season indicated that Willingham kept him off the field for some reason.
That was my first thought, too.

While he played, I don't know how many times Quinn threw to him -- I really don't remember him on the '04 team.
My second thought was that people are right when they talk about the experienced, good line on the 2005 team.
I was thinking the same thing.

My recollection was that he had a good bowl game after TW was fired, but did not play much in the regular season.
I'm shocked that he had more minutes than Stovall.
