The funny thing about Bell is that he played for a small private school in the Houston area. So, the competition wasn't great. His speed was legit, but I don't think he would have had as much success if he had played for one of the public schools. The competition around here is definitely legit. I think he played RB primarily in HS but also played DB. I see that he's now at Georgia as a RB. I can't imagine he's going to get much playing time, but his brother plays there as well. His brother is much bigger.
