I absolutely love the Oklahoma offense -- that's where I'd like to see ours end up. Still a spread, but with more downhill in the run game. More of the quick play action and constraint stuff. More aggressive variations in tempo. I don't think all that enormously different than what we are doing right now, but a few differences that caught my (admittedly uneducated) eye.

How big is the gap between Book's physical capabilities and Mayfield's? I'm not sure it's all that huge. EDIT -- I don't mean that as a knock on Mayfield, and I certainly don't mean to suggest Book is currently on Mayfield's level as a college QB. It just seems like Book has the physical tools to develop to a point where he can operate a similar offense at a level of efficiency.
