Looks like the BBall team has lost their mojo

Not such a bad loss in retrospect.

Indiana only lost by 20 at home against Ft Wayne last night.

Need to stop this slide. Best bet is to immediately fire

The 2007 ND-UCLA game was a once in a lifetime experience, I hope

Starting to remind me of the Thomas/Lattimore team.

Oh there’s definitely still time to turn it around.

But what I’ve seen since Maui, and even in a lot of the Wichita State game, is a team that doesn’t value each possession. Far too many lackadaisical and lazy plays, poor decision making, and no focus on fundamentals.

Rex is a great defensive player.

But.

His inability to contribute on offense is murdering this team.

Also I hope the press is willing to ask Brey some tough questions about his end of game decisions.

Our first team AA lost the game.

His last possession on defense was unforgivable. Bizarre given that he is a smart player.

It's not all on Rex, though.

The rebounding was awful today and we missed a half dozen FTs in crunch time and OT. Just a poor effort all around.

One particular rebound comes to mind

We let up TWO critical rebounds on missed free throws.

And both turned into 4 point possessions.

I don’t understand not rebounding.

It’s one of the most fundamental things in basketball. Drives me crazy like not tackling in football.

Agree. It drives me batty to watch.

It’s 90% effort. You’re already in position to do it if you’re playing halfway decent defense, you just have to decide you’re going to find your man and put your ass in his thighs. There’s no need to compete for the ball in the air.

And with today’s free throw positioning wher you’re above the block, there’s absolutely no excuse for giving up a rebound on a missed free throw. How does it happen with the game on the line?

My high school coach would run this years ND team ragged every practice. I think Brey’s more relaxed approach may not work with this group, and it’s unfortunate.

He simply can't play 35 mins/game

I don't care about the little things. He's a black hole on offense.

Have we really given up on Harvey already?

I can't believe this is the same team that undressed LSU.
