Louisville will take the Northwestern Challenge

And see if they can beat more SEC teams than a team actually in the conference.

It basically says each SEC team gets +3 or +4 FREE wins or

glorified scrimmages to boost their W/L record.

Those schedules are pathetic.

No, those schedules are rock hard!

Like an old man who just took some Viagra. You've probably met some of these men at ND home games. They sit in the yellow seats section.

Remember, the SEC West juggernauts (all seven of them) had the same shitty OOC schedules last year.

We were told that the paid off committee ignored all of those glorified scrimmages or masturbation sessions and focused on the quality match ups between the SEC West juggernauts. Consequently, the un-biased playoff committee reached a consensus that a win by an SEC West team over another SEC West team was really worth two wins and a loss by an SEC West team against another SEC West team didn't really count as a loss because playing in the SEC West is really tough.

Meanwhile, the pansy Irish play Navy next season. Navy! What a joke of a schedule for ND.

Those are pathetic!

I hope that the SEC will continue to lose some prestige, beginning with this past season's results, because you sure can't tell if their teams are any good from their OOC schedules. So what if they beat up on each other w/in the conference. Will the playoff committee take notice?

Wow.

12 Big 66 teams total

Pathetic

Treading lightly here...

UMass, Temple, Navy

I'm not going to pretend that the SEC schedules are as tough as they need to be. There are far too many FCS teams (IMO, one is too many), and I'd prefer my alma mater schedule two Power 5 non-conference games and two non-FCS non-P5 games each season.

But, on average, the SEC schedules feature three non-Power 5 teams. Exactly what ND's 2015 schedule includes. We all know that Navy's not a typical lower-conference foe, but that's a risk that ND is (needlessly, IMO) taking by continuing to schedule them year after year.

By comparison, the ACC plays 21.
