I hope the January version has...
...all of the ICON footage and other highlights on a 13th DVD, the championship on a 14th DVD, and then a whole bunch of new ICON footage, highlights, and post-championship celebration and interviews (oh yeah, I'm tempting the football gods, you're darn right I am) on a 15th DVD.
Why? Because that ICON work has been great and deserves to be kept for posterity. And because putting it in with the DVDs will maybe put it in front of folks who don't hover over und.com and/or subscribe to ND Athletics on You Tube the way I do. Our FIDM group deserves more exposure.
I won't buy any ND DVD that doesn't include the Stephon ....

Really not a terrible idea
as an easy gift for the ND football population who might not be on the up and up about youtube, etc. A blatant money grab, but it's hard to blame whoever's putting that out (ND athletics?) for the fact that the championship game is being played after Christmas.
What's lame, though, is that a lot of the terrific FIDM content doesn't seem to be included. Also, another public-consumption submission that really could use a bit of proofreading.

Three things:
(1) Does anyone know of a link to the ND vs. BC game on YouTube? It looks like "noonkick" removed the video that we'd been using for cut-ups here a while back. If there's one out there, it's probably unlisted (my searches, anyway, haven't turned up much of anything).
(2) I know tjnd88 posted highlights from the 1986 game vs. Bama here about a week ago; around the same time, noonkick posted the whole broadcast on YouTube (in case anybody wants to watch Alabama's only victory ever vs. ND):
(3) Although there are links to full games on YouTube scattered throughout this message board, I thought it might be handy to have them collected in one place. Below is what I've found. If you know of any better quality links (some of these are 480p and condensed versions), please reply and I can replace the ones listed here.

And gameday commentary would be AWESOME. I'd want one track with those three coaches. And then another of player commentary. I think my dream team there would be Nix, Golic, Manti, and Riddick. All starters. Lots of personality. I think it would be good.
