Our library has one
I apologize, since I hate when I ask a question and someone answers a different question. But, my kids were able to scratch their 3d printing itch through our local library. You submitted designed and they charged 6 cents per gram for the final product. Most of the stuff the kids printed was WELL under a dollar.
