There shouldn't be a controversy

Freeman has preached competition from day 1. He talks to the team about going out and trying to take someone's job.

We don't need to manage this, we need to address it head on -- Leonard hasn't produced, and the team needs to see that Freeman's big picture message isn't just a bunch of BS.
