The filibuster needs to go --
We don't have it anymore for arguably the most important thing the Senate does, which is to confirm Supreme Court Justices. The chances of getting 60 votes for anything of significance are nil. The COVID bill is popular with Republicans and independents, but every Republican is reflexively opposed.
I think demographic shifts from 2010 to 2020 will help the Democrats. Absentee voting used to be the province of the GOP because of its more elderly base. The reason it was so skewed this time was Trump saying it was a fraud and trying to create the red mirage. The GOP had better be careful what it wishes for.
Put me down as about a 4. I know the GOP is trying to change the rules, but I don't think it will help them as much as they think.
