These folks have been great. Another instance where I tried to read something and didn't see what I was seeing. There aren't a ton of specifics in Biden's stuff from yesterday. Mostly it is just giving folks in his administration the power to do what needs doing if they can do it. But there are a few really interesting nuggets. I didn't understand the bit about needles until I read this piece.

"The first is using the law to produce so-called low dead space needles, which are needed to extract a sixth dose of Pfizer's vaccine from the vial. The second is to increase the supply of the lipid nanoparticles needed to make all mRNA vaccines — the category that both Pfizer and Moderna's products fall into."
