a post of yours, I think), there was a big gap in the analyst group between the two schools. I would assume we hire a couple people for that role, in addition to a couple recruiting people. Honestly, hiring these low level people only makes sense, and not just in the short term. Long term, when you need to hire your director of recruiting or player personnel, you have people out there with prior experience in your program.
