I just think it's going to be a different animal
we got a lot of mileage last year out of moving linemen around last year and also just winning nakedly at the point of attack. I really doubt we're going to look anywhere near as good doing that this year - pulling Kramer and Eichenberg is not the same as pulling McGlinchey and Nelson. We were able to have a nice run game because we had guys who could execute a lot of different things at a high level. "McGlinchey and Nelson are going to win their matchups" was the axiomatic starting point for the scheme and it built from there. I don't think our OL will be good enough to provide that kind of foundation.
Long's shown a propensity for changing his stripes quite a bit from year to year. There's every chance I end up looking dumb, but this is a spring game sausage thread, so I'm going to crank that meat grinder
