Are people honestly surprised by Rose?

John Oliver has done MULTIPLE "And now... this!" segments of Rose being super duper creepy to his female co-hosts.

And while in most of those segments, they give as good as they get, it's not a huge leap from acting like that in front of the camera with people who laugh and give it right back, to being even more creepy off-camera with people who aren't appreciative.
