Fencing National Champs!
Since MBB has been eliminated, I am down in Indy helping out at the national championship - and ND has boat raced everyone to win the team title with a whole round of fencing still to go.
The men, who do not have the overall strength that the women do in terms of national champion contenders, set the tone on the first two days with some unexpected wins - including the sabre guys.
The women then took it from there for the ninth national championship - and first under coach Gia K.
Cool to be in venue for it.
Could be a memorable day in ND sports - fencing title, wbb to final four? hockey to frozen four?
