MSU has 6 Final Fours during Izzo's tenure. Their seeds those seasons were: 1,1,1,5,2,5. 66% 1-4

6 Elite Eights: 1,1,1,7,5,2,5,4

He also has first round losses as a 3, 6,7 ,and 10 seeds

It seems to me that MSU is the model for consistency in achieving high seeds. Yes, he has success as a 5 and 7 seed in their down years, but I don't think those years are the model for the program.
