It's not a quick plan, but it makes sense.

Redshirt and load 'em up. Lift, lift, lift, and eat, eat, eat. Lift like a madman, with heavy weights, then eat Thanksgiving dinner five nights a week.

You will gain a shit-ton of muscle, and you will have to swim with a shirt on your fat ass. I believe Sam Mustipher may be on this plan, based on running into him at SDH on Saturday. Jhonny may also be doing some of this -- he went from scrawny to downright hefty; now they just need to lean him back down a touch and get that top-end speed back.
