Wish they'd do clean and jerks. Seriously.
I know they probably don't due to potential for injury, but it would seem like the best "football movement" exercise overall, particularly if the goal is to get a sense of explosive strength. The BP usually just seems like a silly thing to me because (prep for brag) as an experiment, after I saw what Quinn could do, I tried training up for it myself for 2 months and managed 20 (I could maybe do 3 right now). No way could I ever train up in a few months to do what most of these guys could do with a clean and jerk.
